Was given a quote originally for concrete work ($3,500) then stated that he forgot to account for a portion of the sidewalk which drove the price from $3,500 to $5,250. When originally quoted, we discussed some landscape work that included relocating a small patch of artificial turf. Concrete work was preformed, but other work discussed was not (was told it would be extra). Then I hired to assemble a 12x14 gazebo purchased from Costco. He agreed to assemble it for $300 and took a long time to work on it, even disappearing for days. He asked for more money, so I agreed on $500 (Costco charges $599 for professional assembly) so i felt it was fair price. He never finished the assembly and now it is not anchored, roof and other parts in pieces laid out on ground. He said he usually "charges $1,800 for an assembly like this". The gazebo was $1,499... as a business owner, I feel you should at least finish a job in which you agreed upon. Do not recommend.

Maybe you will have better luck with him but i wouldnt take that chance, good luck.
