Northland Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had an incredible experience with Northland Heating and Cooling, and I can’t recommend them enough! We needed a new AC, furnace, and hot water tank for our new home, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely seamless. Our sales rep, Joe, was fantastic — he wasn’t pushy at all. Instead, he took the time to clearly explain all the options and gave us the facts we needed to make the best decision for our family and our new home. We really appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach; it made the whole process stress-free and comfortable. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were professional, respectful, and got the entire job done in just one day, which was amazing. Everything was installed perfectly, and they left the space clean and tidy. Thanks to Northland Heating and Cooling, we now have a reliable, efficient system that we can trust for years to come. We’re so happy we chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality.

I had to run over to leave a review. I just had an amazing experience with Northland Heating and specifically with Christian and Cassidy. Firstly, Cassidy was able to send Christian out in a moments notice. I'm sure that' difficult with it snowing and all, but they were able to fit me in. They also kept in constant communication with me on when they'd show up. Christian showed up and listened to my "diagnosis" and was able to rectify the situation in a manner with such ease. Even educated me on some things. I had a competitor come out last week, and within 2 minutes of being there, his first thought was to sell me a new furnace. Christian, actually took the time to listen to me, work on the furnace, and come up with the solution. The whole time, keeping me abreast of my options. I hate that competitors only guide is to sell you something new. I know I'll need a new furnace one day, but today ain't it. You can tell Christian and Northland are trustworthy, which I'm sure anyone who needs service needs. Also, they are VERY fair in pricing. All my heating and cooling needs will go to Northland Heating & Air Conditioning and I will let anyone I know that this is the company to go with.

Excellent service, as always. My tech was on time, very thorough, and happy to answer all my questions. I have a yearly maintenance contract which I highly recommend. The price I paid included both a furnace check and an AC check next spring. Well worth it!
