I had a fantastic experience with Northern Air from start to finish! It began when my water heater stopped working; David and Elijah provided incredibly prompt service, explaining exactly why it failed and walking me through the benefits of adding a water softener. I really appreciated that they gave me several options and weren’t pushy at all—they made sure I felt in control of every decision. Because I was completely without hot water, David stayed in touch with me from day one and went above and beyond to get me on the schedule for a quick installation. The actual install of the new water heater and softener was handled with the same efficiency and professionalism I experienced during the initial visit. David was once again informative and made the whole process seamless. Huge shout out to him and the Northern Air team for getting me back up and running so fast. Highly recommend!

I requested an estimate. Drew and Josh arrived on time. They were extremely professional. Explained everything, gave the quote…and actually completed the job within an hour. I was very happy. They even convinced me to sign up for the Annual Maintenance Program! Highly recommended!!
