I needed a electrician fast to help me with " new build" lighting projects. I was absolutely shocked Matt's team not only got to me within 24hrs but price was excellent for how many jobs I had done. Jobs were completed same day as estimate. I've never cheered for ceiling fans to be "correctly" reprogrammed(two remotes). Tyler was going nowhere until he solved the issue. The team at North Shore Electric was fantastic from start to finish installing a new subpanel, generator interlock switch and plug, EV charger rough in, and two additional receptacles in our new home. Matt was extremely communicative and was able to accommodate my project within days. His team was kind, conscientious, and did great work. I will be using North Shore Electric for my future electrical needs!

Matt was great to work with, almost too good :), it was hard to believe since hard to find good customer service these days. But it was real, great from start to finish! I needed electric ran to a new shed. It was easy to communicate with him from the first day I made contact. He always responded promptly and provided a very reasonable quote. I had to cancel our original appointment due to a delay in delivery (felt so bad). He was understanding and quickly rescheduled for day after the new delivery date. He clearly explained all options available. He was patient when I made changes at the last minute due to new ideas. The installed items were straight and organized. His team was polite and neat. And they were patient with my dogs running around since hard to contain some of them. Matt also provided free advice for my mini split system and offered to help when we were ready. Definitely recommend North Shore Electric!
