Mike Van Allen walked me through each repair, showed me photos of my vehicle during the repair, guided me through each concern and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. He even helped me set up a space in their service department to continue working, got the repair done quicker than expected AND for cheaper than initially quoted.
