I checked out a few places to fix my boiler before, but none were honest. Then Ben from Nichols came by, checked my boiler, and was upfront about how long it would last. We liked their honesty and service, so we went with Nichols Heating and Cooling to replace our boiler. They installed our new boiler and stayed longer to make sure everything worked. They even came back the next day to double-check. If you want honest folks who won't overcharge you, go with Nichols without a second thought.

Had Ben install a new Bosch System, heat pump main heat, below 35 degree system switches to LP heat, added central AC that I did not have before with 3 zones, and added a lot of new ductwork to my first floor renovation. I could not have been happier with Ben & Micks workmanship. All the new ductwork was straight, level, insulated, sealed at joints. The job looks great in the end. I have been in construction myself for 20 years and have never see a HVAC installer with such pride in his work. This job was very expensive but a fair price for the workmanship. Along the way we did have a few issues and this is the most important part of my recommendation, Ben had to return a few times to replace faulty new equipment and work out a smart thermostat issue that was a error on Ecobee not Ben. During this time Ben was in it till the end to ensure I was happy and the system was 100% the way I wanted with no fuss or service fees. I attached a picture of the workmanship. Ben and his team were amazing. We woke up on a cold winter morning to no heat and hot water so we called Nichols. Ben was able to come and install a new furnace the next day for us all at a reasonable price. Ben and his team did a wonderful job and we are very happy with our new boiler. We would definitely recommend for any HVAC needs.
