NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

NexGen to the rescue again. NexGen is only plumber I use at my home. You call them when you're in need with a problem you can solve and they usually say "hey can we come in the next 2 hours?" There have been times where their appointment availability is better than my availability! NexGen come out swith the A-team every time. NexGen has been at my house a total of 4 times for plumbing and it seems every time the next tech is better than the last. Most recently, Dylan they're super squad A+ Tech came out and help me with a shower that was completely clogged from the torture my family puts into these drains. Immediately Dylan attacked the problem high powered snaking of the drains like a pro and pulled out a hairball literally the size of a baseball. It was gross, but not only did he clear my drains, he also left my bathroom cleaner than you found it. Amazing job NexGen, thank you for saving the day once again! You will always be the first call I make.

Javier Gonzalez came on time and went right into servicing our home two AC Units & checking the Furnaces & what are in the attic. He was so thorough in cleaning the two AC units so well using chemical spray & water hose to fully cleaned out dirt from the condensers inside the AC units & took him more than an hour to get both units really clean. Then he tuned them both & dusting off the dust & checked all wires & everything. I was totally satisfied because I was watching Javier doing his job so so well without complaining. He then checked the Thermostats & tested the units. Excellent Service, we could not complain at all. He then checked the Temp of all the Air Ducts inside the whole house before he went up in the attic to check the two Furnaces & whatever parts in there. Then he came & explained everything that he did & what he knows about our AC System to both me & my wife properly & respectfully answered our many questions.. Javier is very polite & caring. He then checked the Filters before he left. He showed the filters to me to help me to believe that they are new filters. Javier Gonzalez’s honesty & his Faithfulness in doing the Best Service for us seniors fully restores our Trust on NEXGEN & helps us to stay in good Faith with their Company. But we want Javier Gonzalez as our Trusted Technician to provide us with future Service in our home. Thank you NEXGEN for sending us Javier Gonzalez today & for future Service. This morning we had our HVAC unit serviced by NexGen and was very pleased with the customer service. The technician, Carlos, came to our home and was fantastic! Very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He called ahead with an ETA, which was extremely helpful to prepare pet. Upon arrival he introduced himself and got right to work. He was very efficient and made sure to let me know what he was doing. After the service was completed, he explained what he found. Thankfully, it was all good news. He did offer recommendations that will help the longevity of our unit, but no pressure to buy. He emailed the recommended products to discuss. But again, no pressure! To be honest, I was considering cancelling my monthly service plan, but I will now keep it because Carlos did a great job with our unit! It definitely is worth the cost when you get great technician and customer service. Thanks Carlos and hopefully we will have you return to our home for future service!
