Last week, I had a flashback moment when I spotted one of their vehicles again. After reading through their customer reviews, it's clear I'm far from alone in my negative experience. This company appears to tolerate—and even enable—reckless driving by their employees, with seemingly no real accountability or concern for public safety. It's truly disappointing and concerning. Because of this pattern, I would never trust them with any service I might need, now or in the future.

Employees drive erratically on the road with no regard to the safety of the drivers around them. Their driver drove my bumper for miles when there was no one on the roads. I called the company multiple times to report the driver with no return phone call. It would seem they condone the behavior of their employees. I reported this to Clay County Police Department & they will be reviewing the camera footage. I would have to agree with the 1 star review given 6 years ago.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road this morning and then smirked at me when I passed him. I immediately took a picture of his license plate and called their office to leave a message. After reading other comments, I guess I’m not the only one who has encountered this issue. This company needs to start holding their employees accountable for reckless driving.
