October 30th they came and unclogged my drain from the kitchen out to the sewer. It started clogging again the last week of January. I called on February 1st to ask for help. The owner said they had a 90 day warranty, and that he would honor it even though I was a day, or two past it. They sent Malcom out right away, and he fixed it at no charge. It was worth the initial expense to a company that backs their word! Great folks! I’ll use them again, and they have my highest recommendation!
