We had a substantial leak on our tankless water heater. The first contact we had with them was young lady that was very pleasant and helpful! I also talked to the owner and he was great! They asked lots of questions to ensure we were all on the same page. Travis showed up on time and he had all the parts he needed. Travis was very professional and genuine. He has great knowledge and even talked me through the flushing process. This family owned business, definitely took care of this family!

Our technician, Travis, was knowledgeable, friendly and did great work. Installed a Heat pump water heater and recirculating pump, hauled off the old tank and had us back in hot water in no time. Would definitely recommend Neels Ideal for any plumbing or HVAC job and will use them again.
