I cannot recommend Mr. Bill's Plumbing enough! If you are looking for old-school service where they truly value you as a customer and are actually honest, this is the place. It is not like those big-box companies; when you call Mr. Bill's, you actually get a live person. Michelle answered the phone and was extremely personable, honest, and willing to go out of her way to help me get a quote. She was upfront about their pricing (which is by the job, not the hour—a huge plus) and promptly texted me all the details. I called them because I had a specific error code on my Navien tankless water heater, and I saw they were an authorized service provider on Navien's website. Larry, the technician, was fantastic. He was extremely qualified, friendly, and a true gentleman. I tend to be a bit nosey and like to watch the work being done, and he didn't mind at all. We had a great conversation, and I for sure learned a few things about plumbing! He flawlessly replaced a difficult, non-routine part that could have easily turned into a bigger issue if not done correctly. If you want a company that brings back real customer service, call Mr. Bill's!!

We needed help after a lot of DIY efforts. A friend who is a retired plumber recommended Mr. Bill’s. The office staff was so responsive and Bill did a great job pinpointing our problem and fixing it. He explained several options and was so thorough and generous with his time. We’d definitely call Mr. Bill’s again!

I'm an insurance advisor, and very recently Mr. Bill's jumped in for a second opinion for a client of ours. Wow, so grateful for their expertise! The "other company" shall not be named, but they attempted to scare our clients into tearing everything up and filing a $25-30k claim; turns out that Mr. Bill's was able to remedy the situation for less than $1000! Thank you, Mr. Bill's -- guess who I'll be referring to our clients more regularly? YOU! Thanks again for your quick, rockstar assistance with our clients!!!
