We are absolutely over the moon with how fantastic Willie was in all aspects of our Lennox furnace and heat pump installation. He brought space heaters to keep us comfortable during the installation. He was on time, polite and has a high level of customer service. We would HIGHLY recommend Willie and Steve who met with us to choose the furnace and heat pump. Mountain View truly cares about their service and customers. Fair pricing with rebates we wouldn’t have known about, both Willie and Steve both spent as much time as we needed. Service was so fast and they did everything that was promised.

Mountain View heating has been doing my service for a few years now and they’re great. That was responded quickly and their techs do an excellent job and very good customer service. Dustin did an excellent job. Found the issue today. Replace replaced the part and everything is working again.
