Montefusco is the last HVAC company you'll ever need to call! Their service, response times, and pricing, are all the best you'll find. Not only are they spectacular at new instalations, they also still believe in repairing systems as well. Give them a try and you will see why 5 stars aren't even enough.

I placed a service request back in February. I believe it was. They did come out. They looked at the house. They determined that work needed to be done on the vents. They said they would give me an estimate for the repair work and they billed me $162 immediately for the service call. I waited 2 months and followed up numerous times and never received the estimate. I finally got a hold of the owner and told her I would like my money back at this time. She said she would gladly do so. She states she sent a check to it me and I never received it. I called the better Business bureau and filed a complaint. She said she would have the money back to me within 3 to 4 days. I still have not received my refund back

You couldn’t ask for a more professional group. Customer service was respectful and timely. The technician was a great communicator and did excellent work. Saved me both time and money. No hidden labor fees. Very reasonable cost. I will use them again in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you for your dedicated service!
