TLDR; Call these guys, they’ll take good care of you and your home 🙏 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 We had a pretty stressful situation this morning when a toilet supply line randomly burst and sprayed water everywhere in our third floor bathroom. Before we knew it, water leaked down three floors through the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. Total nightmare. We called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were able to get someone out the same day, which saved us. Kyle was our technician and he was great. Super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained that the old builder-grade plastic supply line had failed (which apparently happens more than you’d think) and walked us through what he was going to replace it with. He swapped out the cheap plastic line and valve for a braided metal one that’s much more durable and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about that happening again. What really stood out was that they also helped get a restoration company out that same day to start dealing with the water damage. When you’re standing in a house with water coming through ceilings, that kind of quick coordination means everything. Overall, just a really solid local company that shows up when you need them. Hopefully we don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon, but if we do, we’re calling them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Carlos, Tony, Onni and crew did a fabulous job with such a quick turnaround time. My water main was leaking heavily and not only were they able to put a new one in and route it in the best way possible, they brought the shut off valve to an accessible location in my home. Big shoutout to them for the great work done!

Jerry and Tony were great! They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. That is why they deserve a five star rating! I’m so happy to have hot water again and looking forward to utilizing a water softener with my new tankless water heater! We were always running out of hot water. So when my water heater decided to flood the basement on Christmas morning, I figured it was time for an upgrade.
