Modscapes Outdoor Living

I just want to post a regret review that we didn’t choose to go with Modscapes! In 2 weeks with Modscapes we had a design we were happy with that could be changed in real time as we added ideas and we could walk away from the one meeting totally satisfied. We chose to go with someone else because of additional work we wanted done on our house and it has taken us 4 painful months to get to the point with design that took us two weeks with them for a fraction of the cost. If I could go back and have a do-over I would totally go with Modscapes without hesitation!

Modscapes is the REAL deal, these guys don’t mess around with cheap materials or unskilled labor. Coming from a fellow contractor, I observed their work ethic, skills, positive attitudes, and honesty, and highest quality design and materials. They were extra patient and kind with me and my crew when we unintentionally slowed them down a few times. Just a solid good group of guys, and by far the best a technical structures (like the ones in my pics) — I’ll be referring them to everyone!

I’m so happy with my beautiful new deck. My previous deck was a death trap and we desperately needed a new deck. Modscapes was booked for the summer, but found a way to help us anyway, since they expressed concerns about the dangers of our existing deck. The quality of work is super high. They started at 7:30 am and stayed until 5:30 pm in this smoldering heat, in order to ensure we had a new deck as soon as possible. A few additional visits were needed, but only for finishing touches.
