Modern Heating replaced my 40 year old gas furnace with a new high efficiency condensing gas fired furnace. They installed a new PVC pipe and thermostat. Mike Fiori provided me with a detailed written estimate explaining what products would be used and how they would be installed. Tim Ryan and his crew installed the new furnace. They came at the scheduled time, were professional, courteous and cleaned up after installation. Tim showed me how to program my new thermostat, change the battery and he made sure my furnace was working before he left. Modern contacted me throughout the installation process from initial appointment to installation. They lines of communication were excellent and they were always available to answer my questions. This is a really great company to work with and I recommend them highly. They are honest, professional and their prices are very competitive. I have my service contract with Modern and will call them when I need to replace my hot water heater. I am very happy with my new furnace. It has been a pleasure to do business with Modern Heating!

The team at Modern came highly recommended. I was was referred to them by 1 family member and both of my of my neighbors. Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year, and the next day, they responded and came to fix the issue. Michael came out to look at the situation within hours, Kathy worked diligently to get everything coordinated with my landlord, and Fred and Hector did a clean and thorough with removl and installation. I won't ever recommend another HVAC service provider. We are happy to provide this warm "thank you" to the whole team. Great work!

Victor was hands-down one THE best technicians we’ve dealt with. He was on time and a very polite gentleman. He also was very explanatory and well spoken. To top it off, he diagnosed the issue immediately and solved the problem efficiently. Would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.
