Brad Mitchell showed up 10 minutes early for his appointment and was true to his word on the estimate provided for our York central air conditioning unit. The best part about having Brad do the install was how he walked us through how to use the digital thermostat and cleaned up everything spic and span before he left. Brad also services our heater each winter and spring, which is a good thing because the HVAC installer didn't set up the humidifier attached to the heater correctly. Brad fixed that and let us know how to adjust all the vents in our house so we could maximize heating efficiency for each 'zone' in our townhouse. Thanks Brad!
