Client Reviews
From the initial phone call with the secretary.. To the actual visit and work on my furnace by James.. the service I received today was as “top notch” as it has been since first receiving service from the Mo. Furnace team in the early 1980’s. James is always on schedule for the appointment. He has a polite and professional manner in talking to you and explaining the work to be done. He speaks to you on a level that is understandable for the job recommended. I would recommend him to friends.
Aaron M provided outstanding service when my heat went out last week. He contacted me shortly after I called for emergency service and arrived within an hour of my request. Aaron is not only professional, he is also personable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my thermostat on the spot. My pipes would have burst that night without his help.
We had a water leak and never expected to need parts of our HVAC ducts replaced. Bob V came out within an hour, worked quickly to cut out all the damage and came back in 2 days to replace the ducts (once the leak was fixed). He and both of his technicians were quick, professional and very respectful. We will absolutely be calling Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning Co. for any future HVAC issues!
