Life. Changing. A/C (and supplemental heat) in our 118-yr-old house with radiators. Fantastic experience with Joseph and the team. Joseph did an extensive consultation with me on very short notice to diagnose an issue with my current heat pump, and made a plan to replace it. Extremely extensive, borderline obsessive level of knowledge of these units and their installation as well as the various rebates available. Technician Mendel came to the house the same day and installed a brand new Fujitsu unit within 4 hours and was extremely proficient, friendly, and professional. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
