I can easily say that this is the best service company I have ever used. Midwest takes pride in their work, gets it done right the first time and clearly communicates. We had a full system install done and they not only did the work for that but cleaned up mistakes and messes from previous HVAC companies and truly fixed the problems that we were experiencing rather than just installing a system. Everyone we’ve worked with here from the sales and estimate process all the way through to completion has been exemplary.

Had a great experience with Midwest to replace an old furnace. I submitted a form on their website, they emailed immediately to ask my availability for a visit, and Tom D. was out the next day to inspect my system and give us a quote. The quote was very thorough and after discussing ours needs/wants with him, Tom gave us a few options to consider. The quotes were not only extremely competitive, but also reasonably priced between the different tiers of options. I was pleasantly surprised by their quote for a high-efficiency unit compared to the numbers I got from other companies. The install went smoothly and it seemed like the crew took their time to do things right. I also appreciate how they’re a small locally-owned family shop, which is getting harder to come by these days as big private equity groups are trying to dominate the market and squeeze more money out of homeowners.
