Jason from Midtown Plumbing was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and immediately made me feel confident I was in good hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and walked me through all of my options. What really stood out was how detailed and transparent he was. He took photos of everything, showed me exactly what he was seeing, and made sure I fully understood the situation before moving forward. No pressure, just clear information and thoughtful guidance. Plumbing repairs are never something you want to spend money on, but Jason made me feel completely confident that it was worth every penny thanks to the quality of his work and the care he put into explaining everything. He did a very thorough job and left everything clean and in great shape. Truly a five star experience.

Midtown was quick to reply to my reqest annd clear with instructions and follow up on my appoinment. David called on the way and was early in the time frame I had been indicated. He was personable and very respectful of my home. After diagnosis he provided the cost for me to decide if I wanted to proceed, which I did and which he did. The work was done in about two hours and my problem was solved. Well done.

We've been customers of Midtown Plumbing for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of service we've received. We have usually worked with Matt who is not only an excellent plumber, but also patiently and clearly answers any questions you have. Following a crawl space inspection in which some water leaks were detected we asked Midtown to give us a quote on fixing the problem. Jason came out and examined the plumbing in the crawl space, which turned out to be a mishmash of old materials that did not meet current building codes. (This was the plumbing system that had been in the house since we bought it in 1990.) He recommended replacing all of the water lines; we also decided to replace both water heaters which were several years old and were located in critical areas inside the house (one on the third floor and one in a small loft reached by pull-down stairs). Over the years we've been in this house we have sustained serious damage from 3 broken water heaters, so needless to say we are very edgy about the possibility of another leak. Midtown worked with us to give us a date that coordinated with the other contractors working on our crawl space. Over the space of 2 days, Jason and Matt replaced the water heaters and made sure they met code, which the old ones didn't (Day 1) and replaced all of the piping and fittings under the house and installed a Moen flow meter (Day 2). As a result we have much better water pressure throughout the house, no more leaks and the ability to cut off the water to the house remotely in the event the meter detects a change in average water usage in the house. We also are confident that the work was done thoroughly and correctly and that Midtown will stand behind their work. A shout out to Jason and Matt!
