Customer service is on top of communication. Speed of service is very timely. The work that they did to clear our roof of ice and snow was great and pricing was thoughtful of our budget. They also have done well at cleaning a certain gutter that we can not reach ourselves each season. The online payment is simple.

Everything about my experience with Michigan Gutters has been nothing less than exceptional. From my initial phone call, meeting with the estimator, chatting with the installers, and one small issue being handled immediately… I have been impressed! They are a great company to work with.

Kristy and Tiffany were amazing and moved quickly to get our job scheduled. Jason and team did an great job - were extremely friendly and listened to our concerns and goals for the job - and was very open to our requests. Just can't thank the MGI team enough for helping solve what was a pretty scary situation for us and doing so with such urgency. We will definitely be calling upon them again as needed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!!
