Had a great experience with MHI in the Morgantown area. Other big names in the area gave me weeks of wait time or wouldn’t pick up their phones. Which is a problem with an active leak. MHI had two guys on my roof inspecting the leak within 4 hours of my original call. Charles and Cabor were both respectful and knowledgable. Spent probably 2 hours on my roof and in my attic assessing the whole situation which I greatly appreciation the attention to detail. Unfortunately I did need a new roof but MHI set everything up and had people out within a few weeks to replace everything in 3 total days. They delivered on time frame promised and cleaning up from the previous roof. They ran the metal detectors for a long time to make sure no nails would be left to hurt my dogs or children in the yard. They worked around the cold weather and snow to get the job done asap. Alex was in charge of the project for my house. He came out 2 days before Christmas to patch the leak in my roof before the new roof could be put on. He was there everyday during the roof replacement and updated me along the way. He also came out asap to replace a shingle the wind blew off after the roof was replaced. Really couldn’t ask for better service. The roofing team was awesome, they seemed to out do the goal set every day by a long shot. Overall would recommend MHI to anyone looking for a roofing company in the Morgantown area. They were professional, responsive, hard working and respectful from start to finish.

Christian and Xavier were very professional and sweet. They did a full inspection and showed us all our issues. A bunch that we didn’t even know about. They helped us and explained everything. Made it super affordable and fit it in our budget. Highly recommend MHI roofing!
