Great service. Very helpful, friendly, and honest. They made sure I understood the issue with my furnace and got me on their schedule quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional during the install. Mike was great to work with and quick to respond via phone. They even handled some new water lines around my water filter.

I'm a new homeowner and had some furnace issues. The record on the side showed little to no work done in the past decade. I called a bunch of companies, but because it was preceding a foot of snow, no one wanted to come out. MGM are the only folks in Snyder and Juniata counties that had the courtesy to call me back, and it was fast. When I did schedule, Richard came out. He had everything he needed to not only get the job done fast, but did it fast and clean. He was comfortable explaining everything that was concerning or needed replaced, and showed me where electrodes were worn down and how badly our filter was gunked up, not to mention the garbage bag full of soot. All of this was done in under two billable hours. They found a lifelong customer easily.
