First and foremost this company is compassionate and will do their best to get to you as soon as possible. They put the furnace in ASAP due to the cold temps, and then once it warmed up the AC unit. They both run perfectly and let me tell you, we kept cool all summer and sooo cozy warm all winter.They even checked up on us afterwards to ensure that we were doing okay and running smoothly. Super friendly business and service staff. I had a gas valve that went out on my furnace last year and a control board that went bad this year. I called Meldon HVAC for both and they were able to get my heat up and running within 48hrs of my call. Phenomenal business to work with!!!
Meldon was great from start to finish. Showed up for a furnace inspection on an afternoon visit after we realized we had a heater exchange crack and we're able to get a new furnace installed the next day so we didn't have to go an extended stretch without heat. Personable team and offer very fair rates!
