Update: Mr McDonald came and fixed everything! He was quick with the time the electric was off. He went into the feral cats home and fixed things there. I even have functioning outlets that I didn’t know existed! Bonus!!! Such a nice man! So very pleased with his work! Thank you!!! I would highly recommend. For right now I only gave Mr McDonald 4 stars because we have yet to do the work needed. I expect it to go to 5! That said Mike is super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the work that needs to be done and why it needed done. He listened as I explained the issues I’ve had over 30+ yrs! I am on a fixed income and he is willing to work with me. While he was diagnosing the problem he actually “fixed” it. Due to a fear of fire, I will be requesting the repairs soon. Thank you so very much Mike for taking the time to explain and make sure I understood everything involved. Talk with you soon

I had a great experience with McDonald Electric Company. The technician who helped me was incredibly genuine, professional, and truly took the time to understand my issue. He went above and beyond to try to help and made sure everything was clearly explained along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and so sincere in their work. I really appreciated the excellent service and would absolutely use McDonald Electric Company again. Highly recommend!

Mike did an excellent job replacing two light fixtures for me — everything works perfectly. He was able to come and get the job done within a day, which I really appreciated. His service was fast, professional, and very efficient. On top of that, Mike is a wonderful person, friendly, respectful, and great to talk to. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It’s not easy to find someone who does great work and makes you feel comfortable in your home, but Mike definitely does. I will absolutely be calling him again and recommending him to others!
