What an amazing experience at Master Mechanic! I was driving to Toronto on my way to work this morning when I noticed that my battery light was on. I knew that something must be up and that I wouldn't have a lot of time to pull over before my car died. I was able to get off the highway and pull into the Fairview mall. I searched frantically for a Canadian tire but found that the closest one was 9 min away. Then I searched for mechanic near me and found Master Mechanic right across the street. I literally pulled up and called the office right before my car died. When I told Nick my situation he told me not to worry and to come in and see him so we could get everything sorted out. Thinking to my self "oh great, my car dies in their parking lot now and these guys can really take advantage of me." This couldn't have been further from the truth. I was soooo impressed with the level of service and care I received from Nick and the team. They truly care about their clients and I must say, this is a garage you can trust. Nick told me what needed to be done after the inspection but he said that they wouldn't fix what wasn't broke. I needed breaks badly and a new alternator. The team worked diligently and were able to save my caliper making it so that I only had to buy pads and rotors. From the initial bill Nick was able to take off $300. WOW This shop truly works with integrity. I can see why they have been around for over 20 years. Thank you so much Nick and the team at Master Mechanic. I will definitely be back as a loyal customer. Thank you!
