I fell in love with the Osaki AI 4D/2D Chair and Alison sold it to me at an extremely reasonable price. She also has an excellent partner that delivers/sets up the chair at your home. I have had my chair for about 3 months and I couldn't be happier with it. If you suffer from any back pain, getting a quality massage chair is a MUST and Alison will not rip you off, she is an honest broker - I have been very pleased so far.

She was very helpful in educating us about massage chairs and helping us find one specific for our stature and needs. Trying out the massage chairs was so necessary for us to decide on which one was best/worth the price. She price matches plus lower so we got a great deal from a Costco sale!

After some online research we knew having the option to try them was essential. It started with a phone call, Alison was great she answered all my questions, gave us options and many things to consider. We set an appointment for a showroom visit. It was great she made us feel very comfortable and really listened to our needs. She had us try many of them the best part was it was just the three of us. The best customer service ever. Alison went over everything and knew her products well.
