Tim Martel installed our complete central A/C system over 20 years ago. It’s been amazing and largely service free. It was finally time to replace it so we called Tim. He simplified all of the different replacement options that we were grappling with and helped us arrive at a perfect solution. Simultaneously we had him install an April Air whole house humidifier. The crew, led by Brian, did an amazing job, even with over a foot of snow on the ground. The new system is perfect, the humidifier is a game changer and the Ecobee thermostat is incredible. Very customizable and maintains the house at a perfect temperature and humidity. Thanks so much Tim!

Out hot water stopped a company came and spent 10min to say we need a new unit when our unit is only 6yrs old. We called Martel they sent a servicemen named Luke. He checked everything and said the piping needed to be replaced. He fixed it for under $500 and was so professional

I have an older Furnace and AC. Martel team is fantastic. They get you scheduled quickly, techs are polite and willing to explain things to you in a language you can understand. We also use them for plumbing and electric. If cheaper is your priority maybe it’s not Martel. If you want responsive service, Speed to action and high quality - it’s Martel
