I recently updated the internal parts to my guest toilet to stop it from running. Afterwards, it would not flush correctly despite no observable blockages. I called Markwood Plumbing and not only did he help me troubleshoot the problem that day, but he also came out for an assessment after my troubleshooting did not work and was able to make recommendation for me to get my situation fixed. His call out fee was reasonable, and his solution made sense. It ended up being a problem with the bowl being blocked with debris from my failed attempt at repair and the solution was a new toilet installation. He coordinated a time with me and was able to get the toilet changed. Everything works perfectly! I highly recommend Markwood Plumbing! He even let me watch and ask questions during the process so I could better educate myself, which is not necessarily something most would welcome, but that added bit of care was definitely noticed and greatly appreciated! Great plumbing service!

I am so pleased with the service we received from Ron today. He was very fast responding to my initial call, came by within a couple of hours, immediately fixed the main issue and then took on another problem that was unrelated. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. Very nice guy. We will be calling Ron for all of our plumbing in the future.
