I had originally booked Deans, but when they called me back they immediately started to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, so I cancelled and called Marks. We had bought a house in Golden Valley recently that had an eclectic plumbing arrangement in he kitchen, definitely out of my comfort zone, so they gave me a couple different options and price points to fit my needs. I had purchased the drain snake service, we thought we resolved it the first time when they did some repair work, but the drain issues came back a few days later. They said if we’re still having problems to give them a call and they would make it right, and that’s absolutely what they did, no questions asked. Marks Plumbing is the Toyota of their industry, they’re not going to beat the Kia prices, but you know they’ll take care of you and stand by their work. They’ve got a customer for life, and I’d recommend them 10/10 times. You simply don’t find quality service like this anymore.

I went into this situation fully expecting the worst. I had convinced myself I had a major water line leak inside my walls that would cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Instead of rushing to start tearing apart my ceiling or finding ways to justify an enormous repair, Andrew took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He discovered there was no major water line leak at all, just a small pinhole leak in a plastic water line near where the water was pooling. The fix was straightforward and the final bill was a fraction of what I had feared. A less honest company could have easily taken advantage of the situation and turned this into a massive, unnecessary project. Mark’s Plumbing did the exact opposite. They operated with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care — qualities that are increasingly rare these days. Andrew and Mark’s Plumbing have earned my complete trust and will absolutely get ALL of my future business. A human answered the phone quickly, scheduled a service for the next day when it was convenient for me. The tech (Andrew) arrived on time and was friendly, helpful, and gave holistic advice for both business and things I could do. I'll definitely be using Mark's again.
