Client Reviews
I needed my water heater replaced on fairly short notice and Mark Carpenter was the only company I called that was able to help on the timeline I had. Poncho and Josh were able bring everything up to code and have everything done in 3-4 hours. Great work at a good price for everything they had to do. I'll be using this company again for sure.
Pancho and Trey showed up ontime and were very courteous and professional. They had my water heater changed out correctly and quickly. They did a good cleanup of the area when finished. I will definitely use Mark Carpenter Plumbing again and request Pancho and Trey. Also the lady who answered my call and set up the appointment, was also very courteous and helpful.
Pancho and Adam were fantastic! They took their time to find the problem, the equipment they used was high tech and efficient, and their customer service was top notch. They walked me through every step and explained everything. They had to dig up a spot in my yard and left everything clean and even saved the grass to be placed back over the hole. 10/10 recommend.
