Over the past few weeks, we began experiencing major issues with our 50-HP compressor at work. This machine supports nearly all of our production equipment, so having it down was a serious concern. I brought in the Major Mechanical team to review our options, and within a week we had a new compressor installed and fully operational. Despite the scope and urgency of the work, the entire process was remarkably low-stress. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and highly accommodating to our needs. Just two days after the new compressor was installed, my furnace failed at home. I made a quick phone call, and they had it back up and running in no time. Thank you Ron for the outstanding advice and guidance you provided our family on Friday Nov. 28th during the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Our boiler was down and no heat at home. Ron was kind enough to go out of his way to refer and follow-up to a professional (Walter Dosedla) who came that evening repaired our boiler with instructive and amazing craftsmanship.
