Travis was fantastic. He called me back right away and he was patient while I explained my particular situation. Fortunately, he was available in the afternoon and stayed until after 7pm to complete/correct the electrical wiring, based on my needs. This job included rewiring/reorganizing new wiring for smart recessed light dimmer switches (which were also coupled with other (older) wiring for lighting) that I tried installing for multiple rooms as well as involving 4-way control, but I, as a DIYer, was unsuccessful completing on my own. After troubleshooting and correcting what I (and a previous electrician) had done, he then set me up to complete the wiring in the other locations, as I had to order additional smart dimmer switches the next day, which were a piece of cake to install…Thanks to Travis. Overall, I don’t think it was an overly complex job, but Travis identified the issue(s) in order to understand how to complete the project quickly and with quality/safety. Travis is extremely organized and focused (he didn’t allow my family’s dinner-time dysfunction distract him). After chatting with him at length, it’s apparent he really enjoys his work…the more challenging, the better!

I reached out to Main Line Electrical as a general contractor after my prior electrician was not available, for a medium to large kitchen job. Travis was very accommodating to get accurate information to put together the most accurate initial quote. He was always prompt on days he said he would be there. He worked efficiently and as cleanly as possible, limiting any mess as this was a house that was being lived in during the work. As a general contractor I want to know jobs are completed professionally making sure everything is installed correctly and by code. This was exactly how the job was completed rewiring the entire kitchen, adding lights, and relocating and adding multiple outlets. Main Line would be my first call for additional electrical work

We recently hired Travis after closing on our first home, and he was fantastic to work with. He installed a video doorbell and security camera, upgraded several outlets to GFCI, and even identified and replaced a few additional outlets that needed attention. While on site, he also took the time to label our electrical panel, noting which rooms correspond to each circuit breaker—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Travis was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he was able to schedule us sooner than other electricians we had contacted. We highly recommend Travis and look forward to working with him again on future projects!
