They were PHENOMENAL to deal with!! We had an issue with our furnace and Jeff came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly. He was super nice and knowledgeable, and even looked over the furnace for us to make sure it didn’t need anymore service as our furnace is 10+ years old. The girl at the front desk we spoke with this morning was also great. We called around 9AM and had Jeff here by 11:30AM. After having no heat for 24 hours, their prompt response and friendly service was a godsend. We will be using them again for ALL of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

He took the time to clearly explain the benefits of the Delta system and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting, which we really appreciated. What truly set him apart was his dedication. He went out of his way to track down and get the replacement part needed to finish the job properly, instead of cutting corners or delaying things unnecessarily. That level of care and follow-through is hard to find. On top of his technical skill, Sam was extremely courteous, professional, and well-mannered throughout the entire visit. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. We will definitely continue doing business with M&M Plumbing Heating and Cooling and highly recommend Sam to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Kasey Delamielleure and the entire team at M&M Plumbing are outstanding. They have taken great care of me and my plumbing, boiler, and water needs. They show up when they say they will, they complete the work with excellence and professionalism, and do it all at reasonable prices. They have saved my bacon several times, and I am thankful that we have a plumbing service in northern Michigan that genuinely cares for its customers. I highly recommend M&M.
