When something needs to be replaced, they do everything possibleto give the best price. To top it off, they are all super nice folks from the first phone call to the completed project. Zach is the most recent serviceman who was sent here. He explained the problems & the solutions clearly. He’s a sharp young man & is a gentleman!

Long undercut competitor’s bid by $2500 (for new system) and did not know the other quote. Long was very professional and knowledgeable. They installed the new hvac system in about 4 hours. They arrived when they said they would arrive. I have known someone at Long for quite a few years and he was always my go to if I could acquire him (for hvac work) as he was always so busy and in high demand because he knows hvac systems. Long will not give you the runaround and will treat you fairly. Highly recommend Long for your HVAC needs!!

we have been having a issue trying to keep our large kitchen area cool in the summer and warm in the winter for years. We had other companies come out recommend things but did not fix the problem. We decided to call Long Heating and air after hearing their add on the radio and were glad we did. They came out and diagnosed the problem, we then scheduled to have the duct work changed. In a few days the crew came out and completed the work. Now we have the vents blowing like they should. They were very prompt and professional, I would highly recommend them. Jim Prince
