Lost space heating and hot water on our Navien Combi-Boiler. Called Living Water after contacting a couple other places to no help. Tim was able to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone (I live roughly 2.5 hours away), saving me a service visit. We were able to get the DHW working again. He had the parts to repair the space heating and through a struck of luck, was able to get them to a friend that was in Casper the next day. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

We called Tim to fix our thermostat and boiler system, and he was at our house in under an hour. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in no time. He also recommended some maintenance for our older boiler system to keep it in good shape for the winter. We’ll definitely be using him again—highly recommend his services!

I called Tim with living water this morning, was asking about a shut-off valve for my house, because there's a cottage in the back that feeds from my main water to the cottage. With no one living there, there's no reason to have the water going to it so I needed to have a shut off valve installed, or at least I thought i did.. Tim just happened to be in the area and was nice enough to stop by, super nice guy by the way. Very professional. he looked in the main house and he had absolutely no problems going down in the crawl space where he found, a shut off valve already installed. Saved me a lot of money, extremely reasonable very friendly I would highly recommend. Thank you very much Tim for taking the time out to come over and find something that was so simple and being very reasonable about it. Thank you again. Remember, I owe you lunch :-)
