Lighthouse Plumbing is the best plumber I’ve worked with in Seattle and the Eastside. Ryan and Bradyn are as good as it gets. I bought an old house a couple of years ago, and one of our bathroom sinks stopped working. I called Ryan at 4:00pm and he was here the next morning with his team to diagnose the issue. He was direct about the issue, and recommended fixing the issue thoroughly to reduce future costs. We scheduled a time which worked for us, and Bradyn and team came each day on time. Bradyn texted me specific updates each day, and walked through the steps of horizontal boring through our steep driveway, and repiping our house and replacing galvanized pipes. Their communication was so good. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Plumbing for fast responsiveness, honesty, and amazing work. I will be using them for my future needs without question, and I’d recommend them to family and friends.

Lighthouse Plumbing is a local, for me family run plumbing contractor. Layne arrived on time and replaced our water heater, capped a couple of old W/D valves, and fixed our second tub/shower drain issue. 100% professional, Friendly and easy to work with. Great company and people, very reasonable price for the service and accommodating for scheduling. Great Company!
