Diego and his team were phenomenal. I've recently moved to the area and found Leak Off Plumbing & Heating through an AI search for a snaking of a bathtub pipe last month. For that project Diego was communicative, and they came out quickly and resolved the issue on their first visit. Then last week I had another - and unrelated - plumbing issue in a different bathroom. Diego responded quickly and kindly squeezed me in the following day. He kept me updated on timing via text, and he and his team arrived on time and provided excellent service from start to end. This included a replacement toilet, which they went out and picked up. The price was reasonable and more than fair, and the finished work was excellent. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use Diego and his team again.

I used LeakOff to install a brand-new heat pump I sourced separately, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. First, the cost: I ran a full RFQ process, and their pricing was among the most reasonable. You may need to be a bit flexible with scheduling, but the quality of service more than makes up for it. The people make the difference: Diego adds a personal touch that’s rare these days—he genuinely cares. My installer was Nelson, quite the character in the best way. One of those old-school service pros who'll regale you with colorful stories while getting the job done right. The work: The team was committed from start to finish and delivered solid, professional work. I was hands-on throughout the process (because that’s just how I am), but honestly, I didn’t need to be—this team knows what they’re doing. Bottom line: I highly, highly recommend LeakOff. People who know me know I’m a tough judge of character and expect a lot from service providers. I don’t think that’s unreasonable—I hold myself to the same standard professionally. Sadly, in today’s America, good service is becoming rare. LeakOff proves not all is lost. They stand by their work and show that the exception to the rule is worth the time it takes to find. I highly recommend Leak Off Plumbing. After spending money on some not-so-quality tradesman to fix a leak in our basement, I was frantically searching for a professional to help and Leak Off was very helpful. Diego came out to give an estimate for free and was able to quickly identify the issue we were dealing with, a corroded pipe. He provided us with different options which worked with our budget: 1) replacing a section of the pipe with PVC or Copper 2) replacing the full length of our pipe with PVC or Copper. We chose to replace a section of the pipe, and they showed up in the morning around 8AM and were done early in the afternoon. We definitely will be repeat customers of Leak Off Plumbing
