Half my house lost power. Laswell was able to send a technician (Edward) within a few hours. He was able to rewire the circuits needed to at least get my heater back up while I had to wait for about a week for Duke to send someone to disconnect service so that the remaining repairs could be completed (with the recent cold weather, this was a literal life-saver as I have multiple pets that absolutely cannot live in extended cold). Arash was the second tech that was sent a week later to complete the repairs. He very quickly identified the issues and did everything needed to get power back to the whole house. Both Edward and Arash were very kind and knowledgeable. I'm sincerely grateful to the both of them for resolving the issues as quick as they did

Marianne and Jay we very nice and transparent about the whole process and dedicated to completing the job before the day was done even though there were unforseen issues that made them work overtime. This was a hard job that othere electrical service companies ran away from but not Laswell. The office team and gentlemen who did the quote were very professional and kept me up to date on all steps of the job. Very pleased!
