My boyfriend called Krohmer plumbing Monday and they got to us (today) Tuesday afternoon, I’d say that’s fast costumer service! Wayne called to make sure it was a good time and when he got here he was very kind and honest, thank you Wayne! I would like to note that I’m a young woman and in some service industries I’d be very easy to “up sell” since I know nothing about plumbing, electrical, cars etc. but I did not experience that with Wayne/krohmer plumbing! While looking at our main issue I asked Wayne about our kitchen sink water pressure. Wayne had no problem taking a look and informed me that all it needed was some build-up cleaned off. Yes I felt a bit blonde for not thinking of that but I really appreciate how kind Wayne was! This is my boyfriend and I’s first house and we will definitely call Krohmer plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues!
