Max and the entire Koala Team were great to work with from start to finish. They were extremely flexible, as our project had to be adjusted a few different times due to other issues we were dealing with. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent—we were always kept informed with the latest updates. They replaced attic insulation that was nearly 30 years old and addressed several additional issues they identified during the initial walkthrough. We’ve already noticed a difference within the first week and are excited to see the long-term impact. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.
