We have found our plumbers in Kirkland and Shaw. We'd been looking for our go-to plumbers and heard good things about Kirkland and Shaw. We needed a backwater preventer installed and Paul and Demetri (and one person whose name I don't know) did great job. Paul was our point person and was very responsive and careful about doing the job right. Demetri and the other person did a great job with installation and cleanup, and handled the complications very well. They gave me advice about next steps needed due to the complications, and were honest about the limits of their knowledge on the subject. But they did get me a pointer to someone who specialized in what we needed. This was a top-notch job and I so appreciate their clarity and honesty.
During this heat wave, we were reflecting on how appreciative we are of the mini splits that were installed last year by Kirkland and Shaw. Not only where they competitive in price, but they were thorough and professional in the installation and maintenance of the units. They were attentive to our concerns and the desires We had to meet the design of our house. They were respectful of our property and of us while completing the job. We have been having problems with old cast iron sewage pipes leaking over the years. The last two situations were handled by Kirkland and Shaw. We had a plumber on site the next morning each time, They knew what was needed and did in quickly and well. Highly recommend them.
