Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product. George was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did a great job carefully wrapping the line sets with the new product. The cost for the replacement was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ken's HVAC Service!

Excellent Experience with Ken’s HVAC Service! Ken, the owner, along with George arrived right on time (after texting that he was on the way) to replace my old thermostat with a Nest 3rd Gen. I was worried about not having a C wire, but Ken quickly analyzed the situation and made everything work perfectly. He handled the full setup, connected the app, and made sure I understood it all. George was great too, and together they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Professional, polite, reliable and extremely knowledgeable—Ken is now my go-to for all future HVAC needs in Arlington. Highly recommend!

Ken did a great job investigating and repairing my heat furnace. I’ve been dealing with a condensation issue for years and had it looked at by multiple techs. All of them asked me to replace multiple parts of the system for thousands of dollars except Ken. He patiently explained to me what went wrong and recommended very reasonable fixes to prevent condensation going into the furnace. I finally have a consistently warm living room, thanks to him! I’ll definitely go back to Ken and his team for future maintenance and problems.
