Matt was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I was shown exactly what the problem was and understood why toilet replacement was advisable. He and Mike showed much consideration by not tracking in and cleaning up great after they were done. These guys were terrific and are an asset to your company. So happy I’ve have had a service contract for many years with Kay Plumbing.

• Washer Shut Off Valves Replaced ~doesn’t go a expected, but they made it right David is amazing and deserves a raise! Mark, another tech, came to my home earlier this week and replaced the two shut off valves for my new washer. Mark cracked the cold water pipe and then left saying job done! Tonight at 12am, water filled my laundry room floor. I called the emergency line, fearing the water flooding my home, and they were able to get another tech, David, out to my home within an hour, just as promised. He put a cap on the line, as it’s 1am when all this is happening. He reassured me they can give it a real fix asap. David was extremely positive and professional. Mark, my feedback for you, if you break something, say something! I’d rather you be transparent and talk over fixing it, than running away from the issue. The issue is still an issue even if you aren’t the one fixing it! Update: Mark came out to the house and completely fixed what was broken. He replaced, not only the cold water pipe and shut off valve that was broken, but the hot water set too! Above and beyond. The next day, the office called me and had set up David, who I learned is the boss over at Kay’s, to come out today with Xavier from Resto. They inspected the damaged thoroughly, even got under the house to inspect. They talked over how to dry out the moisture and get everything back to normal for us. It was extremely awesome how knowledgeable and helpful and friendly they were. They are getting started on the work same day! I’m extremely happy I went with Kay’s plumbing. Even if it didn’t go right at first, they are taking every opportunity to make it right. From answering my questions and working quickly to repair, to even making time to come out and run my washer after the repairs, just to make sure everything works as expected. I’m thrilled!
