Karen’s Company helped us transform our dated kitchen and the results are beautiful! We really appreciated how courteous all team members were while in our home. We encountered a few unexpected challenges but the team communicated with us very well and we cleared those hurdles quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find that in a contractor! We will certainly hire Karen’s Company again.

Thank you Karen an Jeff! Love the new Garage floor! (we have had it a year now) Scheduled a 1 day garage floor refinishing. They did this on the coldest of day last winter, showed up on time, explained the process, went over the details of everything involved. After completed and cured next day, they noticed the final clear coat was uneven, made no bones about, wanted us to be happy. Re sanded and prepped the current clear coat and applied another one which did the trick, which was quite a lot of extra work. Very nice when they take care of you, both Karen and Jeff oversaw this project. They care about their work and quality. The finished floor product is amazing! I've spilled oil, paint, etc on floor, and it seriously wipes right up. I chose the un_sanded finish, which we love, it could be a bit slippery if wet, but I personally thought the finish with sand added for traction would be more difficult to wipe clean. This IS NOT your DYI epoxy floor from Home Depot, I've seen those, and they are not in the same class of product, and do not even come close to what you are going to get with Karen's process. They grind off the top surface of your concrete, clean it, and prep it before hand, so this stuff is gonna be super industrial ,adhere , and likely never chip off. I've dropped tools on it, and so far nothing damages it. Updated : Unfortunately they stopped doing garage floors, but still a great group for interior or exterior painting!
