I would like to say thank you to JTL plumbing and Paul the excellent plumber who came today, Literally 15 minutes after we called. The initial person who took the call was very helpful and said that she would get somebody there as soon as possible. I would never have expected that quickly. The leak which had caused a little bit of flooding in the front yard was underground, and the utilities people had informed me it was on my side of the meter and I needed a plumber. Friday afternoon. Paul is very professional and extremely nice. He fixed it with a smile. Messy and muddy job. Let me say that again- with a smile on Friday afternoon on a beautiful day. Nicest guy. Friday afternoon one more time. Thank you very much.!! We Already were a customer, but wanted to share with all.

After a 10+ hour drive to our beach house, we turned the water on and found that the above-ground delivery line had a crack in the pipe after the winter snow and freezing cold weather. I got a referral from my local HVAC contractor for John's Plumbing and called them immediately to schedule an appointment for the next day. Devin texted that he was enroute and showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment; I always appreciate such promptness. He reviewed and identified the problem and provided 2 fixes. I chose the better fix by replacing a majority of the pipe with PEX. The piping typically lasts for 40 to 50 years or more. It is a highly durable, corrosion-resistant alternative to metal pipes - better in a salty air environment - with many systems lasting for decades, often exceeding the 25–30 year warranty periods offered by manufacturers. All told Devin completed the work and tested the system in about an hours time, and quickly surveyed the other piping to ensure there were no other leaks. I greatly appreciate John's Plumbing exemplary service and will definitely call them again for any and all of our plumbing needs. Thank you very much Devin and Sarah!

We had an emergency situation (came home to a leak in the ceiling and flooded dining room) and JTL Plumbing was amazing. They were kind, responsive, and got someone out to the house same day to find the source of the leak. The service tech that initially came out to the house was so friendly and did a great job. JTL sent someone back out a few days later to turn the water back on to the house - ahead of the scheduled time, ensuring we are comfortable in the house. I would 10/10 recommend!
