I called this frozen, February morning about our furnace problem and they got me scheduled and taken care of right away. The guys were thorough, polite, and knowledgeable, and it’s such a relief to know our furnace is now working as it should. Really appreciate their work!

Greg was very nice and helpful and drove out of the way on a Saturday to help me after my furnace decided it was done dealing with this winter weather. He was up front about the weekend rate and service time, and was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and come up with a plan to fix it. I will absolutely keep working with them.

Professional and Knowledgeable. Two young men did an install of a Ducane gas heater for my grandmother. The roads between my hometown to Dickinson were very slick but they still made it safely. The task took around 5 hours, it consisted of dismantling and hauling the old unit down a couple flights of stairs then hauling up the new (heavier) unit up a couple flights. They were helpful with any curious questions I had and were very friendly. Great customer service, great staff and I’m all around very pleased with the product and it’s installation.
