Our hot water system unexpectedly failed this week, needing replacement. We called several businesses, trying to find just one that could come out to replace it before next week, as we had no hot water. None could. We found Jay's number online, called him and he came out the same day to check the system. The following day, he returned and replaced the whole hot water system. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. His promptness and professionalism earns him a 5 star! We highly recommend him.

Absolutely the best. A bigger company quoted me an arm and a leg for a plumbing job that Jay fixed for less than half the price. He is a lifesaver. Fast, thorough, honest, flexible, and fair... went above and beyond to fit me into a busy schedule so I could have my shower back. When I had an unrelated issue soon after due to previous owner's shoddy construction, I called Jay in a panic, and he came out to fix it for no charge. Also on all occasions, he has explained things in a way that I can actually see and understand, unlike the bigger company that just left me feeling more confused. If you want an experienced plumber with all the expertise who you can trust and can afford... you don't need to shop any further. Last night we noticed a strange smell coming from our kitchen, turns out that our disposal was leaking and the water was hitting some of the electrical. I called Jay around 8:30 am, he called me right back, we talked through the issue and he informed me that he could swing by after he wrapped up the service call he was on. Service call went a little longer than he expected and he was very proactive communicating with me his timeline, he asked me to take pictures of my disposal system so he could pick up a replacement on his way. Once he got here he showed me how rusted the disposal was at the top of the unit and he actually had to cut the unit out. Again very pro-active in communication and he was done in 90 minutes. We now have a working sink and dishwasher, and he's getting us in touch with an electrician to take care of that piece. Overall amazing experience and I would recommend JMS to EVERYONE.
