Excellent experience from the very beginning throughout the entire process. Nic arrived within a couple days of my initial call to walk through, take measurements and explain the best approach for insulating the basement, attic and above and below a mudroom with crawl space. Josie was very helpful in discussing my concerns and scheduling the team. Jostin and the team did an excellent job on the scheduled day. And when there were a couple follow up concerns Tanner made a two trips out to do some detailed and quality touch ups that really topped off the overall experience. They were all highly professional and polite and I’m very pleased with the results!

Insulation Pros recently completed a major project for us: Removing all original batt insulation in the attic dating to 1959, vacuuming up a ton of dirt and debris that had accumulated over the years, sealing all air gaps to the living space and then blowing in 17 inches of fiberglass-cotton material to create R-49 insulation value. From planning to final clean-up, the company lived up to its name. Kyle was clear and consistent in describing various options and price points at the outset. Once we agreed on a plan, everyone who showed up was personable and professional and communicated clearly about their progress. Attic work is difficult and dirty and often hazardous, and I really admire how hard the crew pushed to complete each step across multiple days. We had an issue involving the venting of four bathroom/shower fans that looked like it might temporarily derail the project. But Tanner came out and solved the problem effectively and creatively and in an hour or so we were back on track. There’s a lot of room for cutting corners on projects like this, given that most of work is out-of-sight. But with the Insulation Pros team, I had complete confidence that they were doing exactly what they said they would. Dalton and Nick were careful and thorough and repeatedly showed me where they were in the process. I had originally planned to make this a DIY project but I am very glad I turned to the pros instead and feel super-fortunate that I found Insulation Pros of Independence.
